All good true Roman nerds get the Byzantine “itch” and I’m not talking about the one from Theodora

Great campaign! Glad you're enjoying the mod... took a lot of effort to port it and of course with the help of many others it has grown to become quite an interesting remastered mod!

Your mod is amazing :)

Love the mod and very appreciative of your hard work. Without you and others like you who made this effort to port it over I would have never gotten to play it. I enjoy and prefer Chivalry over Medieval 2 because I enjoy playing as the Byzantine's (Eastern Romans), I don't feel rushed to hurry and get the heavy lifting done before the gun powder age.

That sally out you did in the end against the normans reminds me of some of the feats the norman knights themselves managed during their campaigns in southern italy and in greece. Would love to see you continue with this mod

I’m playing as Norman Sicily right now It’s been touch and go for some reason my ally the pope attacked me so he had to go and I’ve been running around with nearly enough the same army taking Byzantine territory and giving it to Hungary It’s been chaotic 😂

I just wanted to thank you for giving your valuable time to playing Chivalry remastered. It's the best mod in my opinion, and compared to others I am a newcomer to it. I've fallen in love with Chevalry, and have been wanting to see play throughs of it. You are one of the few I've seen so thank you so much!

I'd totally watch more of this. It's kind of funny seeing 3 turns being a long time for units. I've been failing at learning 40k Gladius, where a squad of Tac Marines is 6 turns.

Yes, more, absolutely

Gladius is more like Civ right? I always thought civ was sillly it takes from 4000 bc to 2000 bc to build a small monument lol
@the6ofdiamonds2 ай бұрын
@@Landonias93 Gladius is weird, possibly because I still don't understand. Buildings take 3-4 turns... but so do units, unless you have multiple training buildings. So one Tactical Marine squad takes one or two turns less than a Manufactorum.

Nice mod to see! i'm guessing that a basic spearmaker gives the boni it does because it's giving the locals a way to defend themselves, thus aiding the economy of the region as a whole - then higher levels support better military infrastructure

Interesting to hear your plans for the Army Resevists, I've been looking into it myself!

If I recall the Romans have a tendency to underfund their navies so maybe this lack of ships is reflecting this (in this time period the empire ended up asking Venetian ships to help with the navy issue)

"Rebuilding the Roman Empire"..? Yeah, sure. You played 2 hours on Medium difficulty and progressed exactly 0% in completing that task... Good speech acting in he beggining though.

Tip from a fellow Feline servant... stop touching your nose. I know it's hard, but every time you do you're just making it worse.
