there is No such thing!! I have this problem in many teeth! They have to take a graft from your pallet to do that! And the pin hole techniques doesn’t work for sever recession

I haven't brushed my teeth in a while due to severe depression and sui. thoughts...but after regaining the will to live I started taking care of myself again and found out my gums were receeding...probably due to plack buildup that I'm now taking care of... Ypu need to eat nutritional food, like beef and liver, stop brushing teeth so hard , and stop eating processed foods. Its nutritional food that would help the most, also chew ypur food and stopp eating soft foods
