Nice videos, i really appreciate your time and efforts and its helping appllicants like me to get over all idea about the process and timeline. I have submitted my spousal PR application recently(August 2022) from Montreal (Quebec) and moving to another Province (Ontario) as by job changed and its work from home (employer wants me to be in Ontario although its work from home). As I submitted my file from Montreal I need not have to show my financial conditions and after AOR i think i will have to apply for CSQ. So shall i inform IRCC once i receive my AOR that i have changed my province and provide them additional documents as per checklist? Or shall i apply for CSQ and say i still stay in Quebec and just work online for employer in Ontario

If you are changing your residence, you must inform Ircc about this. So that there is no issue in the later part of your application. Please confirm this from others too. Better take other's opinion too before doing anything. Thanks.

Thanks for watching. Once you come to Canada on VV, inform visa office about your new address, so that they can update the new Canadian address in your outland PR file. But to withdraw outland and start inland is tricky. You need to assess this yourself. For example, if you apply for outland in Aug 2022, and got VV in Sep/Oct 2022. So in this case you can consider inland. Because its been only 2 months to your PR application. But if it's been a few months already for outland, then withdrawing outland is not a good idea because you have to start all processing timeline again. This is just my personal view, you should think about it based on your application and visa office timelines. Thanks. Good luck.

Yes, VO was NDVO in our case. My wife did the virtual landing, and received the eCOPR in 4 days. but this may vary. We have made a detailed video on the Virtual Landing process. Here is the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYTaiIRpbZuBkKM But we are still waiting for the PR Card. Hope this helps to make a decision in your case. If you are planning to travel to India already, then I guess you can go to India and get the passport request there. Because if you do the virtual landing, and get ecopr, you still need a PR card for your travel. If you don't have a PR card at that time, then you have to request for Travel Document while coming back to Canada. We also have to travel to India in Nov end, so we are also confused about that would we receive the PR card by then. or else we have to request for Travel Doc. Thanks. It's wired that she hasn't received the medical request yet. Please try to connect IRCC over a webform or phone call to know if everything is okay with her application. Getting visit visa is difficult, even my wife received her visitor visa in 2nd attempt. We have 2 videos for visit visa, and have shown how we prepared our file, and she got the visit visa in just few days. I hope something works out soon for your daughter. 🤞

Hello, thanks for watching. Agar medical and biometric ho gaya hai toh AOR bhi aa jayega. Don’t worry. Visitor visa bhi apply kar sakte hain aur 6 months tak Canada me ruk sakte hain. Agar un 6 months me PR aa gaya toh Canada se aage ki process ho jayegi. Visitor visa ka try kar sakte ho agar case strong hai. Visitor visa ki jada details ke liye is channel pe 2 videos hai. Hi I applied for Outland spousal PR application online on 12 July 2022 and got return letter yesterday stating that "Our office processes Family Class Sponsorship applications where the Principal Applicant resides in Canada. It appears that the Principal Applicant in your application is not residing in Canada given the information in your application documents." What does this means, I am 100% sure that Outland applications can be submitted via online portal then why they returned my application. Any guidance what should I do next would be appreciated.🙏

From their response, it seems like they considered your application as INLAND. Something might have gone when you submitted your application as OUTLAND. Did you mention anywhere as 'Canada Class' instead of 'Family Class'? Canada class is inland Family class is outland Please check all your filled details once to be sure where you mention the type of the application. (Family class or canada class). Please let me know if you find out something. Dont worry, everything will be alright at the end.

Dont worry about the medicals. They will be updated automatically in few days. So don't worry. For Biometric as well, don't worry, they will send you the instructions. Once you give your biometrics, it gets updated same day. Thanks.

Hello, believe in process. Wait for some time. People dont hear for many months, and suddenly everything gets completed in just few days. So you should get probably everything done by May 2024 or sooner. 🤞

Hi Tithi - I have also submitted my spousal PR on 16 May, Got AOR in August and medical completed on 9 September .. Linked my spouses profile with GC key, still did not receive Pre arrival services / any further communication. We have requested for GCMS notes. These notes contain the visa officers notes. However, it's been more than 2 months since we requested for this information - still no response.

Great video I just want to confirm that I have applied spousal sponsorship in March 2022 than got rprf on August 3 2022 that I haven't paid upfront but after that complete silence how much time I can expect for my ppr. Hope for your revert. Thanks

Rprf shouldn't affect the processing time much. So its good that they checked your file and send you rprf. Lets hope you get everything done by year end itself. Good luck 🤞

I submitted spousal PR application to sponsor my wife on 16 May 2022. Received Biometrics request email from IRCC on 23 August 2022 Medical request on 24 August 2022 AOR on 25 August 2022 Medical passed confirmation on 6 September 2022 Received Online application link request to GC key on 7 September 2022 Linked the application to GCkey on 9 September 2022 and received the linking confirmation immediately on the same day. I haven't received pre-arrival services until now, and no updates after 9 September 2022. Can anyone let me know how long can we expect for pre arrival services / PPR request? Also, applied for GCMS notes on 24 November 2022

Yeah, its too frustrating to wait for the process to get completed. Especially during the last few steps. But what I have seen is that IRCC completes all the remaining steps within few days timeline. So you never know. Best thing is to track applications of people who also submitted the file in April and May 2022. Join some WhatsApp group by months or by visa office to know the current trend. Its been only 6 months, so i would suggest to have patience and wait, you will get PPR soon. 😊
