I played BioForge years ago when it first came out...and while I found the controls pretty clunky, I thought the concept was pretty cool. Not sure how it will hold up today, but I look forward to trying the game again

I am a huge fan of movies and some television. I used to buy a lot of DVD movies, but that has tapered off the last couple years for some reason. Still, I love listening to Director audio commentaries...and watching the behind the scenes videos of how they make em. Good stuff!

M.J.R, Thank you man, you reminded me of that Tintin game! I had my eye on it a while ago, but suspected it might be terrible and decided to wait till it was cheap. After hearing you're having a good time with it, checked amazon and it's £5 (U.K here) so bingo. Just finished Dragon Age Origins, loved it but kinda in the mood for a light hearted romp now! I've been a Tintin fan since I was a kid, so glad i was reminded. All the very best man. P.S: I don't have Crusty Demon's but i wish i did!

Brave Fencer Musashi was great. I remember being blown away by some aspects such as voice acting, a day/night cycle, and NPC's that move and do stuff throughout the day. Loved being able to absorb abilities too.

For those that aren't aware of the different SP models-Here are the colors to look for on the AGS-101 backlit model- The North American backlit version comes in three standard colors: "Pearl Blue", "Pearl Pink" and "Graphite" (a greyer version of Onyx Black). There were also two Toys "R" Us exclusive backlit models; a "SpongeBob SquarePants" model[16] and a "Limited Edition Pikachu" model.

I know how you feel about finding old PC RPG's in the wild. The other day I found a copy of 'Kingmaker' for PC, it was in great shape with all of the thick manuals and floppy discs. Even if I don't play it, it still looks awesome and I'm happy to have it.

Pugsy and Bubble and Squeak are actually good platformers. As an amiga gamer I had the chance of finishing them both, many genesis games were actually ported from the amiga, some times vice-versa, during the golden 16-bit era. Psygnosis and Audiogenic were quite well known developes/publishers for these two systems, with so many good games on both platforms.

Hey MetalJesusRocks, those blank Famicom discs are most likely from the kiosks. They were in many shops and malls around Japan from the late 80's to the early 90's. from what I understand you simply brought your blank disc, put it in the kiosk, select the game you wanted and payed. The kiosk would then burn the ROM onto the disc! Pretty ahead of its time if you ask me.

Nice haul. I got that same GBA SP recently (thanks to you and Jason Heine talking about it on the AGG podcast, I knew what to look for) for a decent price on eBay. Not $3, but about as good as you can expect online. I'd love to have those Gold Box games myself. If you haven't already, you might check out The CRPG Addict. It's a blog run by a guy who aims to play through just about every PC RPG ever made in chronological order. He's covered some of the games you showed.

These are some really good pickup's, though some little tidbit's of info. Tim Schafer also did a game on the Xbox (Original) called Psychonauts. Good pickup's though, excited.

I found the same GBA SP AGS101 deal you did at a garage sale the day after I heard you mention it on AGG! I do own Crusty Demons. It´s really a fun game. And the name comes from a bunch of motorcycle "dare devils" team. They are quite fun to watch as well. If you see what they do you´ll probably understand that the name fits right in. As always cool video. Most useful tip for survival, look away from enemies and run. If you can't see them they can't hurt you. Also its super duper easy. I think I died only three times through out the entire game and that was because I went to the club and there was so many t-type's other than being spammed by them for a small part of the game I probably would not have died at all. Survival is kinda narrow hallways that have branches that lead you to the same place in the end, some harder than others.
