17:10 if both the beta 1&2 deal with Gs type which means increase Camp, then beta 1 is found in heart which are innervated by M2 receptors they must deal with Gi in order to decrease the Camp

Is the receptor the same thing as the channel? I assume not. So is the receptor attached to the channel?

what doesit mean?if it says that receptors are located in the brain but also are expressed in immune cells for example. or expressed in the git. expressed = located in?

Hi, I like your style. It is really helped me to get a BENEFICIAL point of view... On the other hand, it seems like you made a mistake explaining the Nn-receptors (Ach). You used a sympathetic ANS instead of parasympathetic ANS, that is why at the end you got NE and EPI mediators (instead of Acethylcholine) (6:05-6:25). Sorry if I have hurt your fillings...:)))
