brother.. we can work for ourselves but in our offices when i go to work as a fresher, training is not provided and they always talks rudely, also we work but when we need help they dont help us, dont help if we are freshers, and also they offer salary of 15k and say work for 10hrs, do this that......and if one task dont get done properly they dont put effort in helping, they put effort in barking and scolding.

@@AmbrishIsCool first of all, clear all the basic concepts of the programming such as oops, loops, if-else, then learn html, css and js and with it learn some frameworks like react, angular. Learn some concepts of data str. And algo for optimization, and you are ready to apply for a job. In the past i have applied 78 jobs, but i got 5 calls only, don't demotivate, keep patience and keep learning.

Vai, the fact is that IT jobs quantity will be gradually decreasing comparatively employees supply in number to the IT industry you should mention the fact.. demand will be the same but supply each year will increase with new job seekers .. that means job value definitely will reduce how talented you are.. So there should be A PLAN B for those who are willing to work in the IT industry ..and the same for Indian govt jobs

Correct 100 % agreed from your view points on mass layoffs and job cuts indeed skillset and learning curves decides you can survive with current job or not . Upgrading with skillset one should aim for cos every Tech Stack has time frame more we learn more we grow ...sitting in MNC without skillset is serious concern and are being terminated by the company by making excuses of slow down or recession but reality is they can't bear the cost of such people who is sitting idle or not even ready to shift in new Tech Stack ...Harsh reality of IT sector you have to learn until you die ... Keep learning and keep growing .
