Sourdough bread
For the natural sourdough:
80 gr of all-purpose wheat flour
80 ml of water
And the sourdough that you have stored in the fridge, if your sourdough is not fresh, add one or two tablespoons.
Once ready you remove 3-4 tablespoons and the rest you use, if you weigh 150 grams and the rest you keep it to keep making bread.
Final mass:
150 grams of active sourdough
500 gr of all-purpose flour 10% protein.
290 ml of warm water
11 gr of salt
Ingredients in cups:
For the natural sourdough:
1/3 cup of water
2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
If you have just made sourdough add all the pot you have, if your sourdough has more time add 1 or 2 tbsp.
Once ready, the sourdough removes 3-4 tablespoons to continue making bread and the rest is used in the recipe.
Final mass:
4 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup + 1/4 cup of warm water
2 teaspoons of salt
