Adhirasam Ingredients:
Rice 1 cup
Jaggery (vellam) 3/4 cup
Gingelly oil one teaspoon.
Ghee 1 teaspoon.
Cardamom powder. 1/4 teaspoon.
Sukku powder 1/4 teaspoon

Tnks fr yr patient explanation. I used to make d mistake of making 2 hrs after mixing dough nd measure rice flour in place of rice.so it wl b hard nd I used to steam it after frying.wl try surely n coming week

For devasam, how is it possible to do the mavu the previous day and then fry next day. How did you do it?

Adhirasam one of my favourite sweet. I was missing it alot due to living in UK. Thank you for showing how to make adhirasam so clearly. It was so easy to follow. Finally got to make it and it came out really well. After 20 years getting to have adhirasam here in UK finally. மிக்க நன்றி .🙏🏻

Coated non-stick vessels and plastics not be used. Please use plantain aedu. Aluminium hindalium vaanali not to be used. ONLY irumbu vaanali best.Explaining coolly and sweetly!!! Very humble and simple Mami... No vazhiyal and suya Puranam.. nice video!! Oppliappan GRACE and blessings 🙏🙏❣️

Adirasam Flour mixec with jaggery syrup(tomoto riped stage) with cardamom poweder & a pinch of salt to give enhanced taste should be allowed at atleast 24 hours gap for fermentation so that next day adirasam once ready will be fine structure with if broken it would break smoothly.

My mom didn't know to prepare adhirasam.My mom in law never prepared adhirasam at home. So IAM the first person in my family who is preparing this. Am seeing you as my mom and mom in law form. I prepared adhirasam as per your instructions twice and it came out really well. Every one in our family liked it. Thank you mam. But the only thing is that it turned out crispy and stayed crispy forever. I am planning to prepare for Ganesh chaturthi correcting my previous mistakes. Kindly suggest me what went wrong. Looking forward for your reply. Thanks in advance
