Recipe 852: Aadi Month/Maasam (Day 1)

Aadi is the fourth month in the Tamil Calendar and falls between mid-July and mid-August. This month is said to mark the change in the position of the Sun from Uttaraayanam to Dakshinayanam, or northward to southward.
In 2024, Aadi Maasam commences on 17th July and ends on 16th August.
