Ingredients:
Salt, pepper, paprika, 1 bay leaf, a tablespoon of honey.
Pork ribs.
2 cloves of garlic.
A bottle of dark beer.
1 onion.
oil for frying.
1 carrot.
Fresh white cabbage. (approx. 500 g)
Fermented cabbage. (approx. 400 g)
70 g tomato paste, 200 ml water.
70 g tomato paste.
40 ml soy sauce.
40 ml unagi sauce.
Double layer of foil.

Hola amigo de Chile, gracias por el lindo comentario. La salsa unagi es una salsa espesa con un regusto muy agradable, que es un aderezo tradicional japonés. La clásica salsa unagi tiene una buena variedad de sabores complejos con notas ahumadas saladas, dulces y picantes con un distintivo sabor a sal ahumada y un regusto ligeramente dulce.

Put all that seasoning on just to wash it off when you pour on the beer. Why not mix it with the beer, then pour it over? Works better. Plus if rub the ribs with mustard the seasonings actually adhere to the meat better.

silvianeagu, das nennen wir Sauerkraut, vielleicht ist es bei euch unter einem anderen Namen bekannt. Es ist milchsauer vergorenes Kraut oder Weißkohl varza acra oder so ähnlich

You are boiling the ribs inside that foil. This is terrible. If you don't have access to a smoker, oven roast at 100-108c for six hours on a cooking pan.
