Hello friends!Today we are cooking very delicious coconut cookies.
Wonderfully delicious, simple coconut cookies that are quick to make!

Quick recipe for coconut cookies:
120g sugar.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar.
Add a pinch of salt.
3 medium eggs.
Mix well.
Stir with a whisk until the sugar has dissolved.
Gradually add 250 g coconut flakes.
Mix well until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
The dough should be like mine.
Form balls.
Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 160°C for 15-25 minutes.
