KEEMI!! i watched this vid last night before bed and i cant stop thinking about it. So i tried cooking it for my lunch and it was so goooood. Simple but good. The only diff in my dish is i used fishcake instead of shrimp, plain cooking oil instead of olive oil, add one clove of garlic, plain lettuce as i dont have kimchi and i add bird's eye chilli for a little heat.
