Thank you Chef for the journey of shrimp ravioli. After a long day’s work, the soft jazz music, the sound when you roll the pasta machine, grate lemon zest, spin the glass bowl, beat the eggs with a folk, chop the chives, the sound of shallots sizzling in butter….all blended with the dreaming music. A magic wand spinning around, took all my tiredness away. As I’m drinking a glass of wine while watching you making my favorite ravioli with shrimp in cream sauce, I feel as if I was really eating it, with joy! The wine goes along very well! So glad I didn’t eat anything else for dinner. And the ending movie-music gives more excitement to finally see the completed cuisine. My, I’ve never imagined making ravioli from scratch could be so simple as you displayed! By the way, the scene you created of ocean waves rushing forward to wash the shrimps (with faucet water😂) is quite something.

That looks like "pelmeni" in russian cuisine but to pelmeni you don't need that cutters. You don't need to cut the dough to make the circles. When people make pelmeni with meat they roll the dough then cut it with the knife for many square pieces and then wrap it by sticking two edges. But I don't cook it I buy it. But I don't like eat so much. You always make your food so charming and interesting! I always want to eat with you! 😀😀🙆🙆

I envy you living in a climate that can grow citrus trees and such an abundant range of herbs. To be able to help myself to sun ripened avos and mangoes. Oooh lush! Bet your food tastes awesome with such fresh produce Whisky is such a handsome dog, he has a beautiful coat! I used to give my big boy a treat every Sunday which comprised a teaspoon of cod liver oil in a raw egg. He loved it (because of his hip dysplasia, we had to keep his weight down so we had to be very careful with his diet and that was the only treat he ever had) and his coat was gorgeous. Even at 14 he was a lively, healthy dog with a lush glossy coat, the vet was amazed at what lovey condition my boy (a GSD) was in. He looked and acted much younger than his years,but we had to have him put down in the end because he had developed cancer of the spleen 😢.
