For Dough: White flour (maida) -2 Cups Salt 1tsp Sugar 1tsp Yeast 2tsp - mix well Oil 2 tbsp Egg 1 warm milk 1/2 cup add water as required oil 1tsp and knead Filling: Oil 2 tbsp cumin seeds 1tsp garlic chopped 1tsp onion chopped 1- cook for 2 mins chicken boneless 1cup - cook till it turns white and wait for 4-5 mins white flour 2tbsp milk 1cup salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp whole spices powder 1/2 tsp (garam masala) white pepper powder 1/2 tsp ginger powder 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp and then mix Veniger 1tsp red chilli sauce 1tbsp soy sauce 1tbsp Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup (optional) All the best :)
