Ingredients:
1 kg boneless beef, minced (without sinew)
4 onions, finely chopped (retain water if preserving for a longer time)
2 tablespoons finely chopped green chilies
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoons salt or to taste
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons ghee
A little oil (for greasing the tawa)
Method:
Prep the Meat: Finely mince the beef and follow our expert tips for optimal texture. Pulse the beef initially to preserve your chopper's life.
If preserving, ensure to drain and discard onion water.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly by kneading with hands until well combined.
