You didn't show the spring compression and retainer insertion. Is there s a Shortcut/easy procedure to do that?

@michaelmcleodwriter - The camera turned off for a moment, missing that part of the procedure. Install the clip & coiled spring (sometimes with a flat washer as well) first, while the corner of the seat frame is pushed down & the corner bracket is not yet installed. Next -- with the seat frame corner still pushed down -- slide the corner bracket over the top of the seat frame & against the spring compressing it. Here's the tricky part: While compressing the spring with the bracket, pull the seat frame back up & onto the corner bracket, holding it in place. Finally, install the corner bracket screws & bend the clip leg over to hold it in place as well.
