Dato guy reeks of shady salesman vibes. 1. Doesn’t seem to know how to explain the technicals of the question being asked. 2. Very business pitch promoting their ‘in-house’ warranty which only covers parts that are very unlikely to have issues anyway. 3. Brake discs, interior and tires can very easily be replaced. It doesn’t ensure mileage hasn’t been tampered with. Plus he almost blurted, and I quote “for me it could be a way to mislead customers too”😂. 4. Advises not to buy a car based on price when price is the main consideration when deciding on a car for most people. Probably because he sells his cars expensive? Good deals do exist out there. You just have to do your due diligence there’s no way around it. Wouldn’t trust him with a 10 foot pole

Mileage part is totally bullshit. Brake discs, interior and tires are wear and tear parts that can be easily replaced, it doesn't ensure that the mileage hasn't been tampered with. If the dealership is honest, show customer the document that clearly states the original mileage or get a device that can be plugged into the ECU and show the genuine mileage to customers. I know certain dealership does that, those are honest people. But sadly, certain dealerships including big ones are shady as hell.
