Now think about that for a second, President Johnson who is the commander in chief of all armed US forces is where during this time? The complexity point here would be whether the Removal of Secretary of War Edwin Stanton was personal, and/or constitutional. 6:40 that the bill of rights will be incorporated to the states by the 14th amendment.
