I love your videos. I'm always hearing about artist/styles I otherwise wouldn't hear about. If you don't mind a little feedback, the music in this video is a little too loud and is distracting from the interviews in the record shop or you talking. Keep the great videos coming!

I'm freaking out because that Buena Vista Social Club is in my must grab and none of the record stores got a copy here in town. So I'm gonna have to wait till Sunday and try and order it from Plaid Room, but I saw they only had 3 in stock. So that's the only one that I'm worried about. If it weren’t for KZbin I would know zilch about Japanese music. There are probably millions of folks who would probably co-sign. Especially when it comes to jazz fusion artists like Jiro Inagaki . I’m just saying this to say this type of music isn’t “obsure” anymore. Btw, Jiro passed in January RIP

It may not be "obscure" - but its also not on Apple Music - I also dont like to stream stuff that much anymore and the last time this was pressed on vinyl was 2022 and its expensive.

I was thinking the same thing - but if you listen closely it is quintessential 1970s background music - part Charlie’s Angels , part porno soundtrack! lol At times it really gels - great overview Rocco
