Well...I just bought a Digital Download of AWB's LIVE AT THE RAINBOW THEATRE 1974. Amazon has it for $11.49 I will make at attempt...tomorrow morning...for the LPs. From what I read, the 1974 Rainbow concert > AWB was opening for Billy Cobham.

How does the Average white band album compare to the Person to person live album

Sound quality is up there with that release but Person to Person is a double and I have known it for decades so it still wins!

This RSD AWB album has Robbie McIntosh...the set consists of tracks from SHOW YOUR HAND & AWB (AKA "The White Album"). I listened to this RSD release a couple times thru...kinda raw at times, they stretch & jam nicely. Roger Ball plays more keyboards than I realized. I have the digital download. I did get up early & got lucky to find a store in Ohio with 7 copies. Soon after I bought mine...they sold out...like, in less than 5 minutes. I need to revisit PERSON TO PERSON. Like Phil, that one is closer to my heart. 😊

Re-visited some of PERSON TO PERSON today...one thing I have always not liked about it - The crowd noise. Don't need it...I can tell by the playing that it's a liver performance. Nice set list, though. I saw AWB in 1977...similar set, but I do recall them playing "Get It Up For Love" (maybe prior to BENNY & US).
