George also plays Cello, or he did, as he played on a track for my band on a session in London way back in the early 80’s …thnx George!!

I grew up just a 100 metres away during the 1950's. Back then it was a pretty derelict building. They have done a wonderful job of restoration

I had a great time a few years ago, filming my friends recording session for Real World, a few years ago and had the privilege of sleeping there overnight and having breakfast. Fab place, I trust you had a great time there.

A couple of weeks ago, we visited London and took a day tour to Stonehenge, Bath and the Cotswolds. I knew Solsbury Hill couldn't be far, so I asked our guide and he drove us nearby. Then we looked up Real World and he swung us by there as well. I jumped out for a few roadside photos, and twisted my ankle. Not sure if the public can arrange a tour, but no-matter as it wouldn't have fit my schedule. But glad to have had a quick look. Thanks for the full tour.

Epic tour George! You appear to have woken fresh and ready for the day so the accommodations must be top quality as well! Love how the acoustic glass wall breathes life into the space. Real World and Cenzo's Decoy both have that real life Monet backdrop with outside invited in.. Thanks so much to everyone who put this together!♥️ ✌️ 🎶 🎶

Doesn't that wall of windows affect the sound? I wonder if it is a choice based on a compromise for the magnificent view or if it has been considered in the acoustic design of the room in some way...

Great video tour, thank you George.. Real World Studios is my favourite studio and one I'll probably never get a chance to visit.. but would love to one day. Just had a thought, it would be great if you could do a tour of Mike Stock's private studio in West Sussex. I don't think anyone's ever done it.. All the best, David

Mike is a very private person so that's sadly unlikely but maybe one day...

I wonder how likely it is to meet Peter Gabriel there? Is he often on site? Does he actually live near there?

i live in wiltshire i wanna make music but don't know how to use any of this stuff don't know how to mix for life but wanna be a music artist, so in this studio do they have people that can produce for you like make beats and mix your vocals to it etc or you gotta do it yourself?

That’s a pond… not a lake. It was a Mill originally. Thus a mill pond.
