Thank you Jaden , I have started with tinnitus and have chronic fatigue . I haven't been able to rest and this has caused me to be so anxious and tired. I get weired feeling in my body and head when waking at 5am every morning this makes me so anxious and frightened. Your videos give me strength to get well . How can I keep calm in the morning when I'm so scared with the feelings ? Many thanks 😊

I get morning weird type panic sometimes, you just have to tell yourself its anxiety, it can't hurt you, breath deep, get in the moment, and once you realize its all in your head so to speak, even though it causes all of these symptoms, it can help with cutting your anxiety in 1/2, and then you can be clear headed to continue to work on it, I also make sure I get enough potassium and magnesium and B vitamins as when you are stressed, you will burn through all of these and it really helps me keep adrenaline under control a bit.

I definitely receive SO much for your videos!! You’ve helped me understand a different depth of myself that I didn’t know was there. The recovery for me has been a different angle of self LOVE and forgiveness.. it’s allowed me re-discover a new sense of being during stressful times. I have developed new healthier methods in dealing with life and my physical reactions to life itself.. I can now literally feel strength developing in my weakness. Thanks for guiding us through it!! ❤

I needed to hear this because I’m in it right now….5 months into it and I’m having a strong symptom day today… it’s awful I’m ready to start healing and improving and start living my life again. Just about to really start a program or the supplements for it so I expect to start improving. Already working on he lifestyle changes with healthy diet, sleep, stress reduction, nature walks but just those things alone have not been enough, I need the supplements it seems.

You should check your diet for more protein, and don’t forget to slowly move forward with exercise. Just stayin all day will logically let you gain weight. Hypothyroidism should be checked anyway

Intense physical/stess suffering indeed....for 2 years. Found out my DHEA was almost nothing. Supliments and OMAD/keto is turning it around quickly.

Whats dhea
@BushmanCanuck
@BushmanCanuck Жыл бұрын
@@TomEatsNC An important hormone made mostly by the adrenal glands. Age and adrenal fatigue effects it's production. Lots of info on google. Everyone should research it in my opinion.

Interesting, I was just thinking I should test my DHEA, did you do a blood test? I've tested it in salvia before and it was tanked, but I also take TRT and so that has helped, but I wondered if chronic stress tanks DHEA, how much do you take?
@BushmanCanuck
@BushmanCanuck Жыл бұрын
@@mcgragor1 Saliva originally for cortisol which included and exposed low DHEA. Backed it up with full bloodwork tests. I was suffering with bad brain fog, very low stress tolerance, inflammation flare ups that included stomach and brain which would spike my BP to crisis levels. No energy, wasting muscles including glute. beach ball belly, swollen neck/face. I'm taking 50mg twice a day. Check recommended doses for your age/sex. Google DHEA adrenal fatigue, HPA axis DHEA. Big business isn't a fan of this cheap over the counter. But my results are life changing. Even my muscle tone is coming back, all other symptoms almost gone. I think the OMAD keto is also playing a big healing role. Also check out glycine with NAC.

Thank you ❤️ So glad I found you. Just starting my recovery journey from dealing with all of these symptoms. Mine started after a traumatic procedure done after having pushed myself at work for more than a year. The intense full body buzzing is pretty much constant right now from my feet to neck, head and face. I was wondering if you took any medication to help with the symptoms during your healing?

Thank you Jaden, I'm following you since a year. I lost my previous job because I couldn't work I was feeling so tired, I had anxiety, insomnia, inflammation all over the body and I used to be be very athletic. Anyway I thought that I could recover on my own but I realized that I needed a functional doctor 4 months ago who test my hormones. Since then I'm taking some supplements and I do everything to change my diet. I already feel better but I'm not yet fully recovered 😅 . I just have to be more patient and trust the process. Thanks for your videos and your honesty. Hello From France 👌🏽

I've never felt more like a failure in my life. It's been about 11 years and I've been called everything, been through every hell, and still don't have energy to do anything despite taking stimulant medications. When I talk to others, I mumble so slowly and unintelligibly that people think I'm rude or dying. I feel like this is just me at this point. Where do I start?

Jaden, glad I found this video and see that others have battled this and recovered like yourself. I have recovered from HPA Axis Dysfunction before in 2019 after a fight with antibiotic toxicity. I did not have resources to recover and was my own doctor and therapist working with a great nutritionist! I was recovered for 4 years and it was the most liberating time of my life, full of gratitude, and like you said, free of trauma. Unfortunately I had a bout with Hyponatremia last summer that put me in the ER while pushing myself too hard in the Texas heat and I’m at the 1 year mark of recovery again 😬. My focus primarily is keeping my cortisol in check and the recovery has been up and down but not nearly as bad as the first fight. Thanks for these videos, I will check them out and get back to believing I will recover again 💪🏼. God bless.
