I have the most extreme cramps after passing tissue. Feels like I’m in labor

10 days ago I had a miscarriage at roughly 7 weeks. The cramping was worse than regular period cramps, but not as bad as labor pains. It felt like I had a big heavy rock in my pelvic basin that needed to get out, and there was a mild burning, separating sensation in my pelvic bones, like they were slowly splitting apart. My lower back was incredibly achy, like, pain just radiating off it. I remember getting on my hands and knees on the couch and resting my head on the armrest and just rocking my body back and forth through the cramps. It hurt worst right before a big clot of tissue would pass, because my cervix was opening to let it through. This is my real experience and I hope it will be helpful to any other woman going through this awful time. God be with us all
