Hi guys - great video. Recent diagnosis here (about 4 weeks ago). Things were a bit "off" since last Fall (very, very sick in August last year and I'm now almost certain that was the start of my Lyme. NP didn't run the test when I even specifically requested it as well as my PA). I have the same Sauna as Ryan and have been noticing usage of it along with some tweaks in supplementation can help significantly (along with nutrition... but that's the way for everything in life I feel). I'll keep you guys posted!

I also have Lyme and mold toxicity plus heavy metal toxicity. Mine was set off after getting Covid in 2020…my body just couldn’t handle anything anymore. I’ve been chronically ill for a year and a half now and just got answers in January this year. I just bought the mPulse recently after using it at the spa first for awhile. It seems to be the only thing giving me a little relief. It’s a slow process. Hearing Ryan’s story helped. I believe I have some other underlying issues as well…waiting on more tests. Grateful for my infrared sauna!
