If you experience withdrawal, keep eating meat again whenever you feel sugar cravings, even if at first you feel like you really want to eat some carbs, this is how I stopped eating any carbohydrate food, when I had carbohydrate abstinence I would prepare a portion of meat right away and with that I feel less and less craving for carbohydrates, I hope I helped in something, Gratitude

When I was in the hospital for surgery (colon cancer) they prescribed a liquid diet then some form of soft foods diet after surgery. Jello and pudding were main staples. When I asked for sugar free jello I was told I couldn’t get it unless I was diabetic. EVERYTHING they brought me was sugar and carb loaded. I’ve been struggling for a year to get back on a proper diet since then. (I have a wicked sugar addiction). The gross negligence of buying into food marketing instead of food facts/species appropriate diet has produced a completely false nutrition narrative. They’re killing us with non food.
@anthonychaffeemd2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I completely agree, it's absolutely nefarious. I see everyday at the hospital that everything they give patients or carbon sugar loaded with hardly any actual nutrition and just a bunch of processed garbage. I just looked at that food and think to myself that there are feeding them the thing that cause them to be sick in the first place. I guess they're trying to guarantee return customers.

Brett has a very interesting story. Thankyou both for bringing it to us. Glad to hear you mention billy boy gates too. Hes a massive threat to the carnivore lifestyle, or any freedom/health-loving lifestyle for that matter. Pure evil, the extent to which the population is about to uncover unfortunately

Just an excellent interview full of reality and positivity! Thanks again for all that both of you do. I’m hoping to join the Revero movement soon as a coach.

Retired mental health counselor here, and a low to no carb diet plus exercise can eradicate 75% of mental health disorders. Probably 95% of depression and anxiety.

God bless both of you abundantly. I am trying to reach family members with this information and frankly scientifically proven data is great for a retired nurse practitioner, but does not appeal to the bulk of the public. Finally, a simple, common sense Joe Public talk that says I wandered down a long and winding road and I healed, EAT MEAT. As a revert to Catholicism, and retired medical person I’ve struggled with my testimony. Did God save me and heal me for a purpose? Which path of evangelization do I pursue? I am starting to get some definition. Physical healing and spiritual healing can both be pursued. Thank you Dr Chaffee for bucking the American medical system which is in bed with pharmaceutical companies. Thank you Brett Lloyd for sharing a very riveting and revealing testimony which can’t be easy for you. Both of you are truly heroes in a world filled with despair and corruption. Praying for you!
