If this can make you feel better about Esme in the mud, my dog cannot resist rolling in wild animal poop when we go walking. He especially likes to smear it on the side of his face with alot of determination. He probably thinks he is in stealth mod !! Glad to see you and Esme are doing fine. You learned an important lesson. Before leaving any camp, take a last minute look around to make sure you have everything. Lucky I was just out of Army training and in good shape so it didn't take long to go the two miles.

Hi Michael and Esme! It must have been too warm and Esme went right in the water. Do you carry a small chain saw to cut logs blocking the roads? WOW, Bugs galore. Poor Esme she must have wanted to get cooled off again. How about also having a water tank, not to small or too big, but enough to rinse off things or four legged friends when they get a but muddy! Lol. I only say that because you don’t have to carry it with you and then still be able to use it when necessary. Glad you were able to get your gear. Fortunately, you go to mostly known places and will probably be able to find your forgotten items. Thanks and be safe til the next one.

I’ve had them over a year, they are light weight, totally water proof, I’ve been up rivers and had no issues. They do a higher boot too but yeah I’m more than happy with mine. Nice T-shirt at the end there too mate 👍. Thanks, Ant.
