ABOUT TOMMY ROSEN
Tommy Rosen is a yoga teacher and addiction recovery expert who has spent the last two decades immersed in recovery and wellness. He holds advanced certifications in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga and has over 30 years of continuous recovery from drug addiction. He is the founder of Recovery 2.0 and is one of the pioneers in the field of Yoga and Recovery assisting others to holistically transcend addictions of all kinds. He leads international Recovery and Yoga retreats and workshops internationally and presents regularly at yoga conferences and festivals.

Thank you for this video. Your instruction was clear and concise and easy to follow. I love the meditations in between and I will incorporate those into my own practice. It's a good way to build in those pauses that we need in our daily lives. Thank you!

Tommy and Recovery 2.0 Team - is it possible for you to get the full screen video ads switched off on this? It is such a powerful set, and very accessible to people new to kundalini yoga - but so counterproductive to be interrupted by a harsh commercial reality 3x(!) during the sequence. If the ads can't be stopped, perhaps you could take this video down and upload anew??

I would say that is a good thing, during some exercises / mantra it can bring up emotions, sit with these emotions, accept, surrender and release. Try to keep doing the exercise, possible listening and practice long deep breathing.
