It's exactly the same just make sure to cut the elastic to fit your upper waist :) the pattern isn't specific to low or high waist, they are only so low because it's just the way I prefer to wear them:)

Dear Recreateful, Good video. A question, Will a too-thin ropey waistband for sweatpants feel more uncomfortable (dig into the waist) than a thicker 1 to 1.5 inches?

It would likely feel a little more uncomfortable but I imagine it also not looking as nice and being harder to sew! But you could always give it a try

I had 3 yards of fabric and still didn’t have enough room for all the pattern pieces! I just ordered 2more yds.of fabric so I can cut out the sleeves. What am I doing wrong?

How do you cut your fabrics? There is a very convenient way to cut them which usually uses up a lot of fabric, but I always try to place them as efficient as possible which creates less scraps but takes more time. Cutting on fold for example usually uses up more fabric than necessary

How do you adjust the pattern to your size?

The pattern is available for sixes xs - xxl 😊 if none of the measurements in the size chart apply to you, you could slice the pattern and make it wider or narrower to match your measurements better :) it is a stretchy item as well though and the elastic is always reflecting your true waist/hip measurement
