I’m like 5-8 and a half without sneakers and about a month ago I dunked for the first time. Since that day I’ve dunked multiple times and have noticed improvements. I’m a junior right now so still growing and my vertical is still going up too. So I’m hoping to be able to do a windmill by the end of the school year. Man it feels so awesome to finally dunk on 10 ft. Especially being smaller Than my friends who can’t and some of them being like 6-4. Anyways awesome video as always

@@lucasMcNally07 I play a lot of basketball and jump a lot when I play. I’m still growing so I can get higher from that too. I should start doing a lot more box jumps to really bring it to the next level. If you’re trying to dunk and you’re small too. I would say play a lot of basketball as regularly as possible. Jump during those times. If needed do box jumps and other exercises.
