Recreating the Woolworths and Checkers Prawn & Avo Pasta Salad. || SOUTH AFRICA

Ola amigos,
Here are the ingredients for the salad:
1,7 Litres of Boiling Water
2 Cups of Pasta
500g of Frozen Prawn Meat
1 Tspn of Cooking Oil (For cooking the pasta)
1 1/2 Tbls of Sweet Soy Sauce (For the pasta)
1 Cup (250ml) of Mayonnaise
3 Tbls of Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
2 Tbls of Smokey BBQ Sauce
1 Tspn of Organic Cayenne Pepper
2 Tbls of Lemon Juice
1/2 a Tspn of Salt (Plus extra for seasoning)
1/2 a Tspn of Black Pepper (Plus extra for seasoning)
Cucumber
Avocado
Spinach
Spring Onion

Word of advice coming from an Italian who makes Pasta on a regular, add the olive oil after you cook the pasta after you drain the water, the pasta doesn't become sticky.. not before adding the water and boiling the pasta. Other than that, your dish looks delicious....😋
