I like it. But I am not a fan of butcher block. Before I saw the marble desktop,I thought how pretty the kitchen would be with marble counters. I would have to paint accent walls. There is too much white. It’s giving me sterile vibes.

I like it wide as 118,000 you said is I love love love this I want it that need to save this but I doubt you wouldn't save this 😔😞

Would like to add that the TV will be too high if placed above the mantle. In order in avoid neck pain, the middle of the screen should be around 46" from the floor. You're 6'1" and still need to look up where the TV will go. Maybe you can lower the mantle?

The fireplace in the living room should have been put at a diagonal instead of popping out in the middle of the floor giving wasted space behind the front door
@Questor-ky2fv17 күн бұрын
Very nice, but way too expensive. For a rare change, the microwave oven is actually at the right and safe height. It's not safe to be lifting hot things in and out of an overhead microwave oven. This is an extreme burn risk! Kitchen designers need to stop doing this. Microwave ovens should be at or just below counter or table height. The side-by-side washer & dryer are great, as is the added storage above them. The hall office isn't huge, but it doesn't need to be. It's actually a pretty decent size. If more office space is needed, the second bedroom could be repurposed for a bigger office, and there is also room in the living room between the door and the sofa. I like all of the orientation options in the main bedroom. Like some others, I wish there was an additional ½ bath. I would also change the tub to either a large step-in shower with handicapped accessible controls or a handicapped accessible tub with jets and a door that swings out, not in. Most have a tub door that swings in, but it's extremely hard to get in and then close the inward swinging door without bruising your legs. Because I'm on the short side and disabled the kitchen island is too high for me. I would have both sides lowered to table height instead. That would reduce some of the space in the island cabinets, but not too much, and there are plenty of other cabinets in the kitchen. I'd also lower the kitchen sink and adjacent counter to table height and open up their fronts so that I can pull up a chair and sit there to work. There would also be a ramp outside. Don't take my suggested changes as criticism. These are meant as alternative options, mostly for the disabled. The great thing about this model is that there is actually enough room to make these changes without messing up the overall floorplan. I get around with a rolling walker, but my suggestions would also help wheelchair users. I really do like this overall model. It just needs those handicapped modifications for people like me. Unfortunately, I don't have the land or money to be able to buy one of these. I wish I did. However, I still think that they are overpriced. There are good used 2 and 3 bedroom mobile homes out there for around $20,000-$25,000. Some of them even have a bath & ½ or 2 bathrooms. I lived in a 2 bedroom, one bath mobile home for 13½ years before moving to a handicapped accessible apartment. The mobile home was under $15,000. It was old and needed some work, but it was a decent roof over my head. If my disabilities hadn't gotten worse, I'd still be living in that mobile home. There are options out there. One possibility if you don't need a wheeled home, and actually have someplace to have a fixed home with a slab or foundation is to buy the plans for a nice wheeled mobile home or a tiny home, make your needed modifications, and have your non wheeled model built and put on your own property. Some communities will allow a small secondary dwelling unit on a property for use by the elderly and disabled. This model might be a little too big to qualify, but I'm not sure. You would have to look into that. Personally, I think that the size is great! All of the 399 square foot models are too cramped for disabled people, but this model has enough maneuvering room! 😊

Butcher Block stains, no thank you, give me granite. Master closet is not as expected. Place the shoe rack at the end and give more reachable hanging space.

It’s a lovely home. However, I must disagree with the interior designer. The countertops in the kitchen are much too busy. A nice black countertop would look much better with the backsplash and tie into the rest of the countertops in the home.

The butcher Block kitchen island should not have such a big lip i would rather have a space to have a dining set instead of having to set at the bar up high wasted space

I wish you could do the walk thru with just the facts and the price without the sales pitch. It just makes the videos too damn long. I've gotten where I mute you and then just click from room to room. I'm done in about 3 to 4 minutes. I'm shopping to buy one and I don't need the long pitch as they take up too much of my time
