Those trees that shed their bark are very interesting! Do your trikes have any trouble with the dirt trails? The only time mine is off road is between the shed and the driveway! Oh, do your cats ever get rides?

The trees were stunning. We have the Big Ben plus tyres on our trikes with Tannis armour inserts in. The track is like a hard compacted gravel and is a good surface. There were a few rough spots in a couple of spots, but we only go slow, so we didn’t have any trouble. I wouldn’t take the trikes on any serious off road though. I haven’t taken the cats in the recumbent. Zephyr would probably be ok as we used to take him in a pram.

Nice! I have a 1year old tri coloured cavalier that rides on the back of my trike in his own "bridge". Question about your shade canopy...I made one from a kayak shade but it's not rigid like yours and when the wind blows over 12 mph it moves and I have to hold it... thinking of something more rigid like yours... how well does it handle winds?

It is a Veltop Canopy and handles winds up to 20 km ok, but we can take the front section off and stow in the rear pocket . Have a look at this video I did on the canopies. OUR VELTOP SUN RIDE CANOPIES ON OUR RECUMBENT TRIKES kzbin.info/www/bejne/jJ7RgmunZcqHm8U
