I drove my Mercedes 190D 2.0 on used cooking sunflower oil, it had a funny smell from exaust. I started mixing it with diesel for better cold starts

Not the first vehicle being powered by used cooking oil... in the US, at least two tourist railroads uses used cooking oil: the Grand Canyon Railway in Arizona, and the steam locomotive operations of US Sugar Corporation in Clewiston, Florida.

You’d attract an eco-conscious crowd in addition to people there for the food

won’t be enough, oils sadly are not changed that regularly to have enough to run a vehicle, but is a good idea still.

He didn't use the cooking oil directly as in this video but it was cleaned and processed first.

knowing that it's possible for Euro2 or earlier Specifications Diesel Engines ❗ Euro3 and subsequent Spec could not likely enjoy such. Mainly due to much much higher System Pressure ‼️

usually when making biofuel from oil you have to heat it up and then add a mixture of methanol and potassium hydroxide to the fuel and leave it to separate into bio diesel and glycerin, so how does his car run, because its a mixture between the oil and diesel so the car at least runs on 50% diesel to optimality run properly. in terms of chemistry this does not make sense if he just drives on pure bio diesel so maybe next time give a better explanation so people aren't mislead.

well he doesnt drive on biodiesel he drives on pure diesel and after heating up pure vegetable oil. Dont see what wasnt clear there. Besides the diesel engine was first presented running on peanut oil. Diesel wasnt invented / produced back then
