My biggest problem is that I don't know at what multiple of its BTC holdings MSTR should trade. Is the proper multiple 1.5, 2, 5, or more? I don't have a clue, so I just hold BTC

That’s understandable. But it’s much lower than most other high volume stocks, so wouldn’t the probabilities lean towards higher multiples ahead? Lastly, why wouldn’t you want to arb when it’s over sold in the next bear if it’s essentially a btc treasury? 5:41. That's not completely accurate. Just because a company adds BTC to their balance sheet, and their share price goes up, does not mean that translates into more BTC buying. Not every company is going to issue shares to buy BTC. If Apple and Microsoft adopt positions, it'll be with cashflows, which means stock performance won't impact their buys. It's very unlikely they're going to follow the MSTR issue-debt/equity-to-buy-more strategy. It's also unlikely the market is going to support them in doing it either. Anyone who is interested in this strategy, already has a superior vehicle in MSTR. I think this is a typical mistake in not understanding a trend's bounding conditions. Linear regressions only go so far before they break.
