Red carpet interviews with Rob McElhenney, Wrexham AFC and more at Wrex Coast Tour kick-off event

On Thursday, July 18, STōK Cold Brew Coffee hosted a red carpet cocktail event in celebration of Wrexham AFC Men and Women’s teams upcoming 2024 Wrex Coast Tour, which will see the men's team return to the US and, for the first time, Wrexham AFC Women travel Stateside. The 2024 Wrex Coast Tour consists of a series of six highly anticipated summer tour matches. Gold Derby associate editor Latasha Ford was there to speak with the athletes as well as team co-chairman and Emmy-winning producer of "Welcome to Wrexham," Rob McElhenney. Aussie here. I have gone from hatred for this game mainly due to my treatment by my coach at the time. Now i can name most players by site and have looked forward to the weekly KZbin update and waiting to see Welcome to Wrexham. 1 of the main reasons is i understand what Wrexham population feel. I grew up in a mining town. Our best players in Country Rugby league were pinched by more financial clubs, long time between premierships and i live in New South Wales

From what I see the channel is more geared to celebrity interviews not football, plus it’s about exposure for the club, if they stuck to espn and other sports related channels then it’ll be the same people watching
