If you play on PC look up a video on how to make a private lobby without mods. It’s super easy to do the only downside is you can’t do missions that require matchmaking but the npc and animal spawns should be fixed. It’s a shame rockstar doesn’t just patch the game but this is the only workaround for the time being.

You know if you did it right because you can grab out the chest multiple times. If you didn’t do it right like not opening another map at the end and you actually open the treasure chest you will only be able to grab once out the chest and also you will lose the map! So def make sure at the end you always open a different map before you open the chest to not lose lake Izzy map!
