Excellent stuff, Tyler! Correct me if (I hope) I'm wrong, but the Harrietum animal transformation still doesn't work and hasn't since the game launched. It's never not been broken in my five years in RDO. That hasn't stopped Rockstar from occasionally building it into a reward challenge...a clear indication of how in-touch they are with their own product.

No!....it does work. I've transformed into the 3 animals that r in the game plenty of times. Infact I've come across many players like urself who still think it does not work till today.....& This is due to them being ignorant of info that the player needs to collect 5 Hariettum officianalis plants that are found around the map. If it still does not work post getting the plants...the it's broken for sure.

worked fine for me the last times i did it. we even did a few on stream. Sadly i think its because i was in a solo lobby and is hit and miss in a public.

@@3rdworldgwaming467 t's always fair to assume that someone is ignorant when their experience differs from yours. In this case, I've collected the plants, used them correctly, and only ever gotten a half-second glimpse of the animal then fade to black and back to human form.

@DirtyTyler It's possible that it's been fixed since the last time I tried, though I did try after the big bug-fix patch a while back and it was still not working. Only ever the briefest flash of the animal then black screen and normal character, never a chance to control the animal.

@@wigbomb My bad bro. Hope it works for you if u try now. I said what I said cos I had my own friends try the transformation plants & not work but that was only cos none of them did the necessary steps or even knew about them to begin with despite having full naturalist roles. Try it out again,hopefully it will work now...but try to do so with friends cos it's really underwhelming n boring if you transform with no one around.... atleast with friends u can have some fun post the transformation.

Yep and you can change lobbys when your delivery gets attack by other players and you loose nothing.but you can’t let them sell the goods you need change lobby first

@ Wow. I wish I’d known that wagon thing a long time ago! I’ve tried the lobby trick to save a trader or moonshiner delivery that was destroyed either from my bad driving or for no reason I could figure out (pausing off the road with the cart on a slight uphill angle while I dealt with bandits seemed to make the horse give up its will to live!).

So that's why I've done the golden spirit bear for samples and to help fill up camp Bob also been trying to go for the one the polar bear looking one up towards the top left of strawberry so I've been wondering why it hasn't shown up so does it take 3 days in real life or 3 days in game

I’ve been testing the animal transform periodically. I get one second of Boar. I cannot change into a Buck (I think it’s because I am a female character). The animal transform is very time-consuming and disappointing. As it is, the Naturalist role might cause a gamer to stop playing. Not everyone has the heroic powers of patience and forgiveness that we do.

I found they work fine if you can sort an invite only lobby. Deff hit and miss in public lobbies tho

Yes but it’s more a pain than a pleasure
