all those idiots saying it has very poor optimization, when they ain't tweaking settings and just kept on putting everything on high/ultra pisses me off! why did you get into pc gaming for? the game is meant to scale and reach next gen with what rockstar did. amazing

I updated vulkan api and now i can play with vulkan. But I'm getting low fps than yours. Did you any optimization on windows or nvdia control panel?

Nope, everything is on default.

Go to nvidia control panel and go to "manage 3D settings" turn "power management mode" to "prefer maximum performance" and "OpenGL rendering GPU" to Your current and GPU. Sometimes these settings are on "auto" by default which can cause some issues on certain systems.

On my computer(7700k-1080Ti-16gb ram,1440p 144hz monitor, Win 10 1903); I'm barely getting 40-50 fps with the same settings and the same system. And vulkan isn't running on my system. If i select vulkan, game is freezing. Only i can playing with dx12.
