Truly it was a mistake to block away Nuevo Paraiso from the rest of the RDR 2. Who knows if we had a DLC with Javier Escuela as a main character during his exile after the disbandment of the dutch gang itself. See how he became a mercenary for the Mexican government

It’s not so much that John didn’t learn these skills before, but he’s kept his gun holstered for 3 years, so he’s a bit rusty and needs some more practice to get his eye back. John also tells West Dickens that he’s been a little out of practice which is why Bill’s men were able to shoot him in the prologue.

i've done it a few times, like at the end of the burning barn mission, the cutscene just gives john his hat but it disappears after the cutscene has ended. basically any cutscene which has him interact with his hat, it will be shown

Landon is the only good and memorable (and not so stereotypical) in Mexico. The rest are not so memorable or are just like, for example Abraham Reyes (witch is just Allende but... you know what they are the same). The other character that is kinda memorable is Luisa, hell why the F did she died and didn’t became leader of the rebellion, I mean she is more Mexican than Reyes Although I said that, Landon is probably the best character in the game (apart from John, Bonnie, the marshal, Seth “I am not A Gollum ripoff” Briars, etc.)
