It's PS4 version played on PS5 so obviously you get better draw distance, LoD and more shadow options which can be better depending on your GPU

PS5/PS4 RDR port is actually Xbox 360 version Same Graphics Settings

only shadows and draw distance looks little better but ps5 don't have a native but ps5 will get rdr2 port in future with Ray tracing at 60fps without PC release since gta 5 next gen ps5 will never come on PC or next year after 3 years

it has everything the PS5 has, but its togglable. PC does get to have higher frame rate and not a programmed frame rate for consoles. There's that. Yay 60+Hz 4K.
