Red eyes is one of my favorite decks. I play red eyes with red dragon archfiends. I use 3 rocket senchrons, 2 chain resonaters, 2 senchron resonaters, and 2 red resonaters for tuners. I have all of the red dragon archfiend monsters in my deck at 1 except for scarlight I play 3. My other extra deck monsters are 1 archfiend black skull, 1 metior black comet, and 3 red eyes flare metals. I also play 2 red eyes darkness dragon. I wish we could have 2 or 3 red eyes darkness metal dragons. I play 3 red eyes and 3 red eyes black flares. I don't have alternative red eyes yet, but I want 2.

Seto Kaiba I'd like this question answered thoroughly as soon as possible please because I'm planning on custom building Red-Eyes Deck myself using my own style which involves having multiple actual Trap cards in Side Deck & Main Deck! Just how many/much Hand Trap Effect Monster(s), Regular Effect Monsters, Gemini Monster(s), Normal Monster(s) adding up to 18 Monster cards in Main Deck, Continuous Spell(s), Equip Spell(s), Field Spell(s), Normal Spells, Quick-Play Spell(s) adding up to 15 Spell cards in Main Deck with 1/3rd of these spells being 4 monster support/card combos and the rest of these Spells being Staples would cha highly recommend going with?

You can use red eyes fusion on a high attack red eyes than revive it with alternative red eyes and since red eyes fusion makes its name red eyes b dragon you can double it’s attack then inferno fire blast and then red eyes burn

I like the deck. I only have two gearfried and two fang with chains but I use (one or two) the phantom knights of silent boots and two fog blades just to stop any threats. Also side 3 called by the grave.

It's such a shame Red-Eyes can be so expensive. I cut the baby & gearfried just to make it budget.

@Mr hurtz necessity doesn't mean not capable. Just because one person uses them doesn't make it necessary for the deck to become competitive. That's the point I was making. But I'm glad it's working out for you.

I find it funny, I pulled my chain and baby back when my dollar store carried packs, and I've never gotten behind baby or gearboi, chain is goddamn amazing though And as my comet target I love playing Mana dragon for when they pop my backrow (or mystic mine when I ran red eyes burn)

Red-Eyes Fusion does not need the bloody Summon restriction when the card is a hard once per turn. Either change it to something else or don't put anything.

Actually it really does man. Imagine summoning Dragun of red eyes using monsters from deck whilst going through your ENTIRE GUARDDRAGON COMBO. getting out like 3 flare metals and dragun would just be too much man.

I tried the phantom knight cards I came across of in another profile mostly 1 copy of silent boots and fog blade (I think that's the right trap card I believe, at work right now). It's not the best per say but it actually does help in certain situations.

yea but still Joey is the one we associate red-eyes with. Night Shroud introduced a massive support for the deck but that character(and a lot of other GX characters) didnt get the spotlight they deserved.

Blue eyes may be better thn red eyes but ya gotta admit red eyes cards look way better thn blue eye hands down. And dragun would work really good with this deck better thn the drak magician version.

I agree a lot, dark magician already have good fusions(and a good xyz 7) , red eyes need more dragun because if you use red eyes fusion you need a powerful fusion to make it fair . Also red eyes lack control so...
