Great job, girls! I live for your podcasts)) I think Lisa once told that the denial of a healthcare is a crime against humanity, couldn't agree more. My sister is diabetic from childhood, she receives insulin and necessary medications for free (we live in Kazakhstan). I'm a scientist, so I know the process of insulin production, it was specifically designed to be cheap, so patients could afford it in any amounts. What makes me outrageous is that now its cost is so high, given that human lives literally depend on it, that people either die of preventable complications or go bankrupt! ashamed to say most of these behavioors I didn't confroont and put up with not in personal relationships thankfully but at the workplace. I forgive myself and know better now but wish I knew then the animosity men have towards women and to b on guard

The part about judging your food...I started dating a guy, we both liked hot dogs on date #3 he suggested going to this hot dog stand 2 hours away that twice a year had a special where you get a dozen hot dogs and half gallon of root beer for $15. I was so excited! We get there and he orders the dozen special, then asks what I want. I ordered the same, he seemed shocked, but didn't really comment. THREE years later during a fight he said, "I should have broken it off with you after the 3rd date when you ordered all those hot dogs". That's how long that stuck in his craw😂

ALWAYS make sure you have enough savings/income to be able to pay for 100% of the rent/mortgage for three full months no matter what. Because you never know if your partner could get in an accident/leave/vanish/cheat whatever, and it's important while going through all that stress that you also don't lose the roof over your head as well. Courts and banks are not feminist, and you may have to deal with them at some point, the argument of 'no, he was paying for the housing because feminism, not because he fully owned it.....' simply will not fly. I'm on women's side here. I worry watching this tiktok trend that it's encouraging women to live a lifestyle they cannot fund themselves, AKA, to be financially dependent on a male partner, and that's simply not safe for women. I fully support the male partner paying for all the food, events, leisure activities, trips, etc, but please, please don't have a man fully pay for your housing, ladies. (Caveat: I am speaking about the American legal system and know less or nothing about other countries and the legal situation there).

24:38 this is so true. I wish more women understood this. My friend has been disabled for years because her (asymptomatic) boyfriend gave her ureaplasma. STD testing doesn't include ureaplasma btw. Its not just pregnancy, everyone!

I’m not justifying what Luigi did I don’t think people should take the law into their own hands but at the same time, I can understand with the way the healthcare system is so effed up why someone would want to do that.

Oh gosh I dated a guy once who had his bananas in the refrigerator,,, I was so confused man, I was like “why the hell are your bananas in the fridge?” He goes 🥴 huh? I said you don’t ever put bananas in a fridge… they’ll go bad in like a day…wth… he so oh.. I kept wondering why they were going bad so quick… like this man’s mom had been dead for about 5 yrs so for the last 5 yrs I’m guessing he had been buying bananas and putting them in the fridge 🤷‍♀️he’s also the guy with an atrocious toilet that had clearly not been cleaned properly since mommy passed and of course the shower was the same. This man was INSUFFERABLE 😩 it didn’t last long. Ladies please pay attention to ALL THE SIGNS. Don’t ignore this stuff thinking he’ll change for you. You can be the girl with the hot body he couldn’t get enough of , the hard worker, independent , beautiful, cool and clean. And he will still be a sloppy ass good for nothing man who doesn’t wanna do anything but screw any time you let him and hit the time clock and he’s just thinks he’s the best shyt since sliced bread. The little things you look passed will be the things you end up pulling your hair out over and eventually leaving for. He also kept me out all hrs of the night after a long day at work bc he wanted “talk” and get to know me. Even tho I had a toddler and would say to him don’t keep me out all night this time. I guess it was just a cute little joke to him. No, he just wanted things his way all the time and didn’t think about anyone but himself. That’s was my clue but of course I had to learn the hard way. Wish the internet had been what it is today. It would’ve save me from litteral hell.
