thanks for all your tutorials , buddy.. its greatly appreciated. Im in the process of making a batman costume, based on your Arkam Knight one.. its coming along nicely.. got the chect / abs / back pieces good, bicep guards, recently made the gauntlets, and thigh guards... next are shin guards!!! then i will seal and paint.. you say you use Modge Podge all the time? have you tried PVA / School glue with 1:1 of water? im thinking on doing all PVA / Water then paint.. but concerned that the parts that will bend a lot from putting on . wearing etc.. will start to crack.? Need to get some Plastikote / dip from a hobby store too, as I hear that compensates for some flexibility of wearing :)

Hey boss, you seem pretty knowledgable. Can you give me some advice? I ordered the PVC XCOSER Arkham Knight Red Hood helmet. It's really dull and unappealing and I want to modify it. My plan is to rough up the surface so that my rustoleum grey primer will adhere. After that I was going to apply rustoleum metallic red and then use some acrylics for the details/accents. Should I worry about cracking/is there anything I can do to prevent it? Do I even need to worry about it?

+Marcus Bishop Ive never painted a pvc helmet but i assume its the same as painting a nerf mod.. so i dont think you should worry about cracking unless the helmet is flexible

WildWolf 35 No. They're different entirely. Airbrushing is a lot finer and can be used for detail work as shown, spray paint covers a large area.
