I think your friend is funny in the head;) It IS Japan, however, so anything goes! The only thing I could think of for this would be to get the crowd going before cutting to Venice Queen.... Still in my top ten favorite bands of all time though. Its just weird to see that they got this big, seeing as how I have been following them since Uplift Mofo and Freakey Styley days.
