I loved 3d on the 3DS when it was used well. It was slightly gimmicky, but I enjoyed it.

LG Thrill and HTC Evo 3D had fun 3D capability. I remember getting Ocarina of Time to work in 3D on it...pretty sure before the 3DS version was made.

Speaking of 3D tvs, you should review a 3D tv and a couple 3D Blu-Rays, some are still even made today like Godzilla vs Kong, and WW84, would make for an interesting video Edit: or just do a 3D Blu-Ray video in general, you did HD DVD vs Blu-Ray and I'd like to see you tackle Blu-Ray 3D which can be viewed in the psvr, a 3D tv, or a 3D capable projector which don't cost much

Red never made consumer cameras, the cheapest ones were several thousands and going up to $30K+ they are made for production tv or movies

The thin bezel fetish will disappear as brands try to distinguish themselves, for instance the imac proportions are identifiable even as a font icon

@Inje Kim I don't. Every mm counts, and that could be speakers, camera, sensors. Apple will keep the 'notch'
@dougsteel74143 жыл бұрын
@Inje Kim I don't think so. Brands are losing the ability to make phones appear any different and that's not something Apple likes. They could have got rid of it already, certainly made it less intrusive

I'm confused that you position Red as a consumer brand.

I couldn't agree less, You should really consider to do Research before making a Video about something.Jim didn't ditch the second Phone because of not enough sales. He retired during the planning for the second Phone and the addon modules because of health issues. Also it was never ment to replace an Iphone. It was meant to be a rugged phone for creatives. You probably had ancient versions of the apps that have come a long way since the release of the Hydrogen and are still available in the LeiaLoft Store including the social network which Had a renaming and is called LeiaPix now. Also you can use it as a monitor on a Red Comodo Camera that's around 50k and nobody serious would consider that as a toy. That a pro camera maker doesn't oversaturate his photos in the app like an Iphone or Samsung Galaxy does was zu be expected and leaves headroom for later editing. If You want a 2d phone just go with what You like, but for 3d there is nothing better out there in my opinion.

I bought a 3d (lenticular) disposable film camera back in the day. Way back in the day. It was pretty good. 1997. Disposable.

its was a very clever marketing ploy by Red. leveraging their brand name to sell something that was crowd funded, so they could walk away if it was a dismal failure. the lost no money on the deal and likely made money

Have had this phone since the beginning. It is a good phone. Just priced way too high when it came out.
