Nice improvement. I know you do not take suggestions but the one shot that has always bugged the snot out of me is the super fake styrofoam looking closeup of the Deathstar at the 2:00 mark. Even as a kid, I was like 'why did it look so fake?!' Super distracting.

I am thinking because of the direction Red Leader crashes. If he comes out of the trench, he would be moving to the left, so Adywan flipped the shot to keep visual continuity so everything with Red Leader is still moving to the left. I don't know why Darth Vader's TIE is darker though.

If you look at the scratches on his helmet, I believe the blueray/final product flipped the shot in the first place for some reason. So Adywan fixed that, which happens to also happen to adhere to the cinematic 180-degree rule.

@@expeditionbuster Red Leader said he lost his starboard engine, but in the official movie, he's then shot by Vader in what appeared to actually BE the starboard engine, because it was on the right side. In Revisited, the shot was flipped so that he's shot on the PORT engine instead. Starboard is right, port is left.

1:45 Anyone notice the targeting computer and the micro set are on the opposite side in Blu-Ray? I noticed it. It is not only in Blu-Ray, I looked up on the 1977 version and the despecialized edition. Apparently, they did not fix it. Good thing Adywan fixed it.

Oh and the German Audio on the Despecialized should have an alternate Mono or Stereo Track Because of some of the minor audio changes since the 90s. Following things should be in the alternate track. Restore the Dianoga Music I've grown up with that version and i would like it back. The Echo in the Bridge Scene wasn't as strong or had no reverb at all And the Audio Fixes in the Farewell scene should be reverted. It's a great fix they've basically remixed the dialog by adding in Lines that where missing since the Theatrical releases.

By the way i've watched the Theatrical Cut last week with my mom. It was a blast. I'm a Trivia Bomber sometimes and my Mom loves to hear all kinds of Behind the scenes stuff. I've Cringed as i watched the Saga (I-VI) a few years ago. I can't stand the Fucking Changes anymore, its been a downwards spiral on these releases since 1994. I've saw the Special Edition in two Separate Cinemas one in Baden-Württemberg and the Others in Bavaria I was pretty much Stunned back then, but that dissolved when i realized we're stuck with this inferior versions for the rest of our lives. That didn't help my Depressions it makes it worth. I hate unnecessary changes my mind rebels against any of it. Did George actually think what people with Crippling Depression think about these versions... He should've been more empathetic to his fans. George we still love you but please undo the changes. There can be two versions of every Film... The Fans will love you even more, even though you're not in Charge anymore. SAVE STAR WARS...! Till All are one...

I don't know if I like the TIE fighters being so dark and blue. They looked that way in *EMPIRE* but not in *A NEW HOPE* (I know about the models, but what matters is how it looked in the theater in 1977). That scene at 0:58 they almost blend into the trench walls. Is there any way to have a Purist version with the white TIEs? It also seems odd that the TIE interiors are more yellow and the outside more blue. 1:04 yeah.. I prefer the "darker trench, lighter TIEs" look. The original version makes it easy to focus on the TIE fighters because of how they stand out against the darker background.
