This sounds like exactly what I need for my shoulder pain.

It is an ideal time to start thinking about how to avoid seasonal depression! :)

But most importantly, it would help me with my depression and anxiety! Skin is a bonus.

Very true! But it would require you to sit in front of a light for at least 10-20 minutes everyday.😂

actually the red light only does the skin. The near IR light penetrates the skin to organs, bones, IF the panel has enough power. A weak panel is not so deeply therapeutic. Also to have it go deeper than skin, you don't want to be too far from it...or you'll need a longer dose. A strong near IR light will even go through the skull and energize the brain. And Joov does make a really nice super micro...it just also happens to be one of the most expensive micro red lights.

I definitely want one. So many advantages. Was thinking about some botox. But rather invest in red light therapy. Thank you! Great content.

great video. can you say when and for how long you use it each day? and how long did it take, initially, before you realized it was helping? and i'm really curious what the other couple of things are that you think made a big impact on your wellness... ❤

Great questions! I use it for 20 minutes everyday and it's actually one of the first things I do in the morning when I wake up. It's me "me" time when I meditate. I feel like I noticed improvements pretty instantly. I'm sure those improvements build the more I used it but like I mentioned from that study, you can feel an effect in your mood fairly instantaneously from RED light therapy.

Oh and in regards to the other things...I promise they will be revealed in time but my main two are my RED light and the probiotic I always recommend though haven't done a specific video on this yet.

So Chandler LOVES the red light. He loves anything that gives off light, heat, etc. Like he would just bake in the sunlight all day if it were up to him!
