Since I am a Vegan...I do not care for all these Meats, which are unnecessary when we have a balanced Vegetarian regimen diet... However you mentioned that Red Palm Oil should be red and not Orange, the only kind that I have been able to find so far in most Health food stores is Orange-colored Red Palm Oil...including several brands from Malaysia or Indonesia, which are thank God organically produced, also the NUTIVA brand which is organic Red Palm Oil from Ecuador...since as Vegans & concerned individuals we object to the killing of the beautiful Ourangutans in Malaysia or Indonesia...

roqsanda thank you for sharing I was just looking for ways to use the red palm oil I have the liquid carotino type that is red and it says cooking oil is that the same? Also which vegetables can I use it in I like to cook Liberian palava sauce, red oil okra and also red oil spinach, are there vegetables that you don't infused the red oil with? I would love to hear back from you
