Red bull is smaller and more expensive. I think the smarter financial decision would be to buy a monster even if you don't want that much energy drink. You can drink 2/3 and toss the rest away and you'd still make more bang for your buck. I mean let's face it. Monster has a far better looking can. The only reason Red Bull is more popular is cuz we see empty cans thrown around in the street everywhere.

I really love both of them however I do like red bull a bit better. For me monster kinda tastes more soda-like and cheaper. It is sweeter but I just love that like stength you kinda taste in red bull and the classicness of it. However they are both great and I could see how someone could prefer either one.

Monster tastes better and kicks *consistantly* imo. Red Bull is good too and kicks *harder* than Monster *BUT* it crashes you faster. The best way I can put it, if you gonna do a 2hr workout get the Red Bull, but if you plan on doing a 6hr job in construction or just working outside all day, Monster hilariously kills Red Bull in longevity power and energy. Monster feels like if you had a cup a black coffee for the day, and best of all the blue low carb Monster TASTES EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE ORIGINAL AND HAS THE SAME CONSISTENT ENERGY. That is a huge plus for people who hate how coffee tastes and for people who are diabetic. I'm not diabetic, but unfortunately it runs in my family, so I avoid sugar loaded drinks, but the low carb blue monster is like a blessing !!! Tastes the same and kicks the same without too much harmful sugars.

If comparing only the classic one, I like red bull more. But monster is also good. Besides, 0.5 liter can of monster is cheaper that 0.5 liter can of red bull, but I couldn't find any smaller cans of monster (half of a liter might be too much, especially when there's nowhere to store it).

Monster isn’t that good, I’ve never liked it much. However, Bang and Red Bull are my two favorites, Bang is #1 for me, and Red Bull is #2 for me, the original Red Bull has a very refreshing and sour/tangy taste which I like, bang has a very sweet Candy taste which I love.
