Ok help me out Lauren and peeps. I thought Treacherous and IKYWT were about Jake G because she did not sleep with John M. I heard Jake was her first so I have always thought RED album was only about Jake, except for Begin Again.

actually, Jake G wasn't her first, the scarf thing isn't true, if you look some lyrics from speak now and later, you'll see she knew about sexual things, like Bye Bye Baby (Taylor's Version) (From The Vault), that was written around 2005 to 2006, Taylor sings: "cause you took me home, but you just couldn't keep me", take someone home is idiom for having. also, in Dear John (about john Mayer), she sings: " don't you think i was too young to be messed with?" mess is also an idiom for having sex and many of the songs on red tv album are about Jake g, but not evryone, there song about harry styles, joe jonas and others types of pain and stuff she lived in 2011-2012.

I love this album!!! Been haveing alot of stress and anxioty and needed this more than I relized. I'd honestly say Red has hints of both pop and country. 22 and I know you were trouble are pop but songs like Red All too well and I almost do have more country elements than any song on 1989. It was like a bridge from her old albums to her future albums. 22 sounds diffrent where she says I don't know about you but I'm feeling 22 like I feel like we had more vocals idk still sounds great. I guess Harly doesn't feel like being a crumbled up peice of paper! Lol

OMG i'm so glad it's not just me who has ALWAYS heard Barbie on the boardwalk. I literally only saw the correct lyrics when I saw the lyric video on Red TV- RIP-my whole life was a lie. And yes I've been a fan since fearless and every time a new song or album came out it was super relevant to my life and helped me through- still does but Red is very special to me because it literally felt like she was narrating my whole experience that I had gone through around that time and for a few years in every song and I listened to it so much to get me through. Red is literally the album I would sit in my room listening to every single day for years singing along and it really helped me.
